EV Share Home Charging Subscription Activation Agreement

Non-Cancellable Term

• Customer agrees to a fixed, non-cancellable subscription term of 60 or 120 months.
• Once installation begins, the subscription cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Payment Obligation

Customer must pay the monthly subscription fee for the full term regardless of:

• Home sale
• EV sale
• Relocation
• Non-use
• Charger removal

Early Termination / Default

If Customer fails to pay:

• The entire remaining balance accelerates and becomes immediately due.
• EV Share may charge 1.5% monthly interest, late fees, and all collection costs.
• EV Share may file a lien or UCC-1 against the property.

Equipment Ownership

• All equipment remains EV Share property.
• Customer must allow access for removal if in default.

Acknowledgment

• Customer acknowledges reviewing the full Subscription Agreement.
