Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EV Share's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscription Services

EV Share provides Level 2 home EV charging equipment and installation on a subscription basis. Your subscription includes:

• Level 2 EVSE hardware (charger unit)
• Professional installation and permitting
• Equipment warranty for the subscription term
• Technical support

Subscription terms are 60 months or 120 months as selected at enrollment. Panel upgrade plans include electrical panel upgrade services where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees are due on the same day each month as your activation date. There is no upfront cost for equipment or installation. Late payments may result in service interruption. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Equipment Ownership

All equipment installed by EV Share remains the property of EV Share for the duration of your subscription. Upon completion of your subscription term, ownership of the equipment transfers to you at no additional cost.

5. Installation Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your property meets minimum electrical requirements for installation. EV Share will conduct a pre-installation assessment. If your property requires electrical upgrades beyond the scope of your selected plan, additional costs may apply.

6. Cancellation Policy

Early termination of your subscription may result in an early termination fee. Please refer to your signed Subscription Agreement for specific cancellation terms applicable to your plan. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

EV Share's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your installation is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
